Pickup Regulations

  • Login to groupnship.com>My Account >My Shipment to check “Shipment Information” and “Delivery Date”
  • A delivery notice will be sent through Email or Mobile APP notification once the package is ready to pick up at the GNS pickup location designed by clients.
  • Packages can be pick up at a designated pickup location during business hours. GNS order number and SG cell phone number must be provided to pick up. GNS will check above information before picking up.

Notes

  • Public holidays and customs clearance procedure days are not considered as business days.
  • Packages that are not picked up within 10 days,it will be deemed to be awaiver. The Company will clear the record of the goods and will process the goods without any notice and compensation.
  • In case of delay/loss/damage caused by a car check-up or cargo inspection by the Customs, Group N Ship Limited will not liable to any indemnification thus caused.
  • When the volume weight of goods is greater than the actual weight, the shipping cost will be charged according to the volume weight, as follow: Length x Width x Height (CM) ÷ 6,000 = Volume Weight (KG)
  • Each grouped shipment may contain an unlimited grouping of packages
  • Package that weighs 20KG and over is subject to additional weight rates only. First standard weight charge is deducted.
  • View “Oversize/Overweight Charge Rates” for packages over 50KG.
  • Please notify in advance if certain requirements are needed.
  • Each self-pickup point/pickup centre has different restriction standards based on the inventory space. Oversized or overweight shipments must be picked up on the same day. If the customer does not pick up the goods during the business hours of the self-pickup point/pickup centre, and the self-pickup point fails to provide storage space, the shipment will be considered abandoned, and no compensation will be made
  • All self-pickup points/pickup centre do not have unpacking areas. If customers ignore the advice, the self-pickup point will charge that customer a garbage cleaning fee of SGD2.00/piece, such as wooden boxes for SGD10.00/piece. If you need to check the goods, please communicate with the pick-up point first, and obtain consent before disassembling the goods on-site. If the pick-up point/pickup centre does not provide garbage cleaning services in the mall, please clean up by yourself. The centre reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility for any losses/expenses caused by the behaviour of the guests.
