How to collect Goins

  1. Sign up to be a GNS member and get 200 free Goins. Goins can be used to deduct delivery fee. Valid SG cell phone number is required when register.
  1. Get 1 Goins for every SGD or RMB you spend on group shipping services.

How to use Goins

Goins only deduct group shipping fees. Every 50 Goins worth 1HKD. Minimum redeem level is 250 Goins. Maximum redeem level is 1000 Goins each time.

e.g. 250 Goins = 5SGD

300 Goins = 6SGD

Expiry date

Please note there is an expiry date for Goins. Expired Goins are invalid. All Goins will be expired at the end of every calendar year (December 31st).

i.e. All Goins gained after 1 April, 2022 will be expired on 31 December 2022.

Goins Policy

  1. Goins combining from multiple accounts is not allowed.
  2. Goins are not redeemable for cash or resale.
  3. Goins usage cannot be combined with any other offers.
  4. In case of disputes, the decision of GNS shall be final.
