1. Why should I choose GNS to consolidate services over direct shipping?

Compared with direct express delivery, “consolidation” is gathering orders from multiple senders/sellers and repackaging them as one shipment.
After the customer purchases the goods in an online store, the goods will send to GNS CTS. You can anytime to log in to the GNS system. Then orders will be packed as one shipment. After weighing and calculating rates in GNS CTS, shipments are sent to the designated addresses.

2. What is consolidation? What are the benefits?

Consolidation is a service that manages to repackage orders in our transit station, then send them to Singapore as one shipment. Shipment cost reduces significantly compared to shipping packages separately. Just simply access our website and enjoy a fast group shipping experience.

3. What is the total commercial that I can not Exceed

The maximum is SGD399

4. Can I ship two different parcels and break them to SGD399

No, you cannot as the custom rule do not accept this.

5. What if I do that

Then you will have to pay GST of 7% plus $70.00 for the documentation fee.

6. How to consolidate my online purchase to Singapore?

Become a GNS member and fill out the GNS China transit station as the recipient address. After receiving shipment confirmation from sellers/senders, enter the order tracking number on the GNS website to claim it. Once your order arrives at our China transit station, an email notification will be sent. Login to the GNS system anytime for the latest updates or request group shipping. A group shipment number will be generated for your future reference.

7. How to set GNS China transit station (hereafter referred to as “GNS CTS”) as my recipient address on Taobao?

8. How can I get details for my online orders such a tracking number and logistic company name?

The tracking number and company name are shown under the section “Order Information” once your order is shipped.

9. Are there any fees for setting GNS as the recipient and signing my packages? Is shipment cost from seller/sender to GNS China transit station covered?

There are no extra fees for assigning GNS to sign and receive your orders. Please consult the seller/sender for the shipment cost to GNS CTS. GNS does not pay on behalf of others.

10. How to calculate the volumetric weight?

The volumetric weight is a calculation that is used to compare the actual weight of a shipment. The higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost. For shipments with large volumes and light weights, the shipment cost is charged based on volumetric weight.
The computing method is
Volumetric weight(KG) = Length(L) (cm) X Width(w) (cm) X Height(H) (cm) / 6000.Please inquire with sellers about package size and customer services about prohibited article terms before placing your order online.

11. If the size or weight of the goods exceeds the limit of the pick-up store. Is there still a way to collect the goods?

Yes, please contact customer service staff, but we have to get the permission of the person in charge of the store, then make the arrangement.

12. Any charge for receiving goods/ mail to GNS CTS

No charges for receiving the goods/ mail. In addition, GNS CTS will not pay any freight-to-pay mail

13. Can I send my orders to GNS CTS through regular mail or pay-to-delivery?

GNS does not pick up packages from other logistic companies.
GNS CTS does not accept regular mail, orders with no tracking number/ tracking references, or any package pay on delivery.

14. Can I provide information other than the tracking number to claim my orders?

GNS only accepts orders with a corresponding tracking number. Orders with no tracking number are not acceptable or qualified for group shipping to Singapore.

15. What if the seller only provides one tracking number for multiple orders?

In case of the number of tracking numbers and the actual number of orders do not conform, GNS accepts orders with the corresponding tracking numbers only. For your own convenience, please consult sellers/senders for tracking numbers for all purchases. To prevent this situation, the GNS system will provide a non-completed tracking number, once we received an item that has the customer’s information. (e.g.12XXXXXXXXXXX89)

16. After online shopping, how long does it take to use the GNS system to claim the goods?

Once you get the tracking number, then you can claim it to the GNS system at any time. Even if the goods have not arrived. After the goods arrive, we will update the status within 4-8 hours of office hours.
*In the case of peak seasons or special holidays, the update time may be delayed.

17. What time is the delivery (China to Singapore) cut-off time?

Monday to Friday/Sunday at 17:00:00
Saturday and the day before public holidays no delivery.

18. How long will it be sent to Singapore?

Collection Point : 3-4 working days.
Delivery: will be on the next day once the parcel reaches Singapore.

19. What goods are prohibited for carriage?

1. All powders, liquids, and compact discs;
2. High value or too many electronic supplies;
3. Drug or drug-related equipment;
4. Supervised props, electric batons, simulated toy guns, etc.;
5. Animals and plants, seeds, animal skins and their products, herbs, specimens, etc.;
6. Infringement of trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property rights, regent propaganda, or obstructing weathered items;
7. Flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive, and radioactive;
8. Fragile items (such as the fragile items sent by the guests, once damaged, the company will not make compensation);
9. Currency, VAT invoices, other tax stamps, letters of communication nature or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, calligraphy and painting, precious metals;
10. Goods of foreign trade surplus, international brands, or non-authentic/imitation goods. (If the goods are not genuine or imitation goods sent by the guests, regardless of whether the goods are lost or not, the company will not make compensation);
11. Exempted from import control by Hong Kong Customs and foreign customs, such as food, medicine, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, smoke oil, etc.

20. Goods that have been signed at the transfer station in Group N Ship, can the customer return them to the seller? Can the order after cancellation be canceled or arranged for a refund?

If the goods are not shipped for export, the customer can contact us to make a return arrangement, and each piece is charged RMB 10 as an administrative fee.
However, the customer must bear the shipping cost returned to the seller. As for the goods that have been completed and have been paid, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

21. What if the goods have arrived at the GNS CTS…
Can I return it to the seller?
Can I cancel or arrange a refund for the submitted order?

Storage arrangement :
GNS CTS: Within 90 days from the date of shipment, otherwise, starting from the 91st to the 100th, each day will be charged SGD2 per deposit as the storage fee; the 101st day will be regarded as abandonment, GNS will clear the storage record and dispose it at the same time. The goods will not have any notice or compensation.
Cooperate Pickup center: Free storage for 2/3/7 days, depending on the owner.
**After the free storage, it will be returned to the ?????. Each order will be charged SGD. transfer fee and SGD?? storage fee per working day.

22. Will it be unpacked and inspected?

GNS CTS does not provide on-site inspection services, but we will randomly check the items that are entrusted to be shipped. If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the 「Logistics delivery contract terms」, we will refuse to deliver the goods.

23. The goods are detained by customs. How many days can the goods be released, can it be applied for compensation?

. Singapore / China customs will not specify the time required for the detainment of the goods;
. Group N Ship Limited will not be liable for any compensation/responsibility for delays/losses/damages caused by customs during the detainment of the goods.

24. What is the time for the GNS China transfer station to receive the goods?

Monday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00 (China’s holiday arrangements, please refer to the announcement on the website)

25. Why does the shopping website (e.g.Taobao) show that the shipment has been received by the GNS China transfer station, but is still not available for the consolidation?

A. Although the shipment has been signed, the warehousing procedure has not been carried out (ie weighing and measuring size). The warehousing time generally takes 4-8 hours (in case of large shopping festivals* double 11/double 12 and China statutory holidays), and the time of shipment will be extended, please refer to the announcement on the website.

B. Customer should check the receiving time on the shopping website. Since the signing process of the courier company does not require our confirmation of us, some of them will have a “false sign”. The time for the China transfer station is only 09:00-18:00, Under normal circumstances, the receipt after 18:00 is generally a fake receipt, normally, the crew will send it back in next day.

Customers can check whether there are any “unclaimed” goods in the account, and the number of the goods is the same as the two numbers at the beginning and the end of the shipment was same as you goods which you are waiting for. The seller may give you the wrong tracking number or cause by incorrect input during shipment (note that there should be no spaces in the middle of the courier number)

26. Why do you need to enter the warehouse for several hours? Can you prioritize in case of urgent?

No, because the courier company sent the goods of the day to the Yunwang Wangzhong station once, the number is in hundred pieces, and it is packed in an unnamed nylon bag, so the recipient has no way to know. The customer’s shipment is hidden in that nylon bag. Unless the seller sends it directly to the China transfer station by direct delivery or your shipment is super long, the courier is delivered in an independent form, and priority can be given.

27. Will the goods be notified when they arrive at the pick-up point?

All goods that have been consigned, from the China transfer station to Singapore, can be viewed on the website;
When the goods arrive at the pick-up point designated by the customer, the system will automatically send a delivery notice to the registered mailbox and mobile phone number.
**If the delivery is delayed or the delivery message is not received due to the settings of the mobile phone/network provider, the resulting warehousing period is the responsibility of the guest.
**If the customer did not receive the collect-msg within two working days after the completion of the collection. Please contact Customer Service.

28. Why did the order shown arrive in Singapore but it’s still not delivered to the pick-up center?

Because the shipment needs time to process and distribute after arrival of the shipment, it sometimes needs to start at noon to pick up the point. However, in some areas, due to business hours or inventory space, the shipment arriving on the same day will not be signed. Points are usually scheduled to arrive on a working day or no more than 3 working days.

29. What is the weight calculation criterion?

All shipments will be compared to the actual weight and volumetric weight, and the freight will be calculated by the heavier.
Note: Volumetric weight is a measure of the density of the package.

30. How to pay for shipping?

When the customer submits the collection of the goods on the website, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost, and the customer can use the following methods to pay

31. Why do I have to pay online and submit the information immediately, but the payment still shows approval?

Because of the online transfer / ATM transfer / Alipay payment, the submitted information needs manual review, so it usually takes a long time (working hours: 5-2 hours; non-office hours: 2-4 hours).

32. Can a shipping order that has already been paid canceled be canceled?

If the payment method is “PAYPAL”, since the order is automatically generated by the computer, even if the employee does not process your order after successful payment, the order cannot be canceled. Guests still choose to cancel on their own, and the consignment may delay the arrival time.

33. What should I do if I forgot to print the receipt after I transfer the shipping fee to the OCBC ATM?

Please contact customer service staff as soon as possible to explain the amount of your transfer and the exact time. The staff needs to search and check according to the information you provided. The process may take a long time, and your shipment will be delayed.

34. How can I get Goins?

Goin is an additional reward service provided by Group N Ship to the guests. The Goins can be obtained and accumulated through the following channels.
‧If you register as G, you will receive 200 Goins.
‧Use the consignment service, and each time you confirm the receipt, you can get the equivalent Goins.

35. What is the use of Goins? How to use Goins?

What is the use of Goins? How to use Goins?
50 Goins are equivalent to SGD1, and 250 Goins are the minimum conversion unit, which can be used as deductible shipping charges. When you have enough Goins. The payment interface will display the deductible Goins, just enter the Goins to be deducted. However, you cannot use Goins to pay the full shipping fee. Guests are required to pay a minimum of SGD1.

36. Is there a time limit for Goins?
